The dough is fermented for 48 hours and hand-stretched in extra virgin olive oil, giving the crust a rich, airy texture with a signature crispy bite. Each pizza is topped with a diced tomato sauce, a mozzarella and provolone cheese blend, fresh mozzarella, marinated tomatoes with sea salt and garlic, Pecorino Romano cheese, and fresh basil. Cook from frozen at 425°F directly on the center oven rack for 14–18 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
