Wollersheim Lambeau Edition Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML

Wollersheim Winery's Lambeau Edition Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust, full-bodied dry red wine crafted in partnership with the Green Bay Packers and sold exclusively through Costco. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes custom-grown in Washington State, this wine undergoes traditional long warm fermentation on the skins for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.

The wine is aged first in American oak barrels for 8 months, then finished for an additional 7 months in Wollersheim Distillery's own Two Mile Bourbon barrels, lending notes of toast, bourbon, and dark chocolate. It is dry with an alcohol content of 13.9% and has an aging potential of up to 5 years. Best served at cool room temperature alongside steak or grilled foods. Wollersheim Winery began producing Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon in 2022, with this special Lambeau Field Edition first released in 2026.
