Maison André Goichot Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a classic Burgundy red wine from one of the region's respected négociant houses. Sourced from Bourgogne AOC vineyards in France, this Pinot Noir is crafted to express the elegance and terroir of Burgundy at an accessible price point.
The wine presents a bright ruby color with an aromatic profile of fresh cherries, rose petals, black peppercorns, strawberries, and raspberries with subtle hints of spice and wood. On the palate it is light-bodied with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a lifted structure that gains complexity with aeration. Notes of red and black currant round out the finish.
This wine pairs well with roasted poultry, salmon, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, and soft cheeses. It is best served slightly chilled at around 60–65°F. Alcohol by volume is approximately 12.5–13.5%.
