Ziobaffa Toscana Rosso IGT is an organic, non-GMO, vegan red wine produced in Tuscany, Italy under the guidance of vintner Castellani. The wine is a blend of Sangiovese and complementary grape varieties sourced from vineyards near the Tuscan coast, crafted in a zero-waste facility in the heart of Tuscany as part of an Italian-Californian collaboration.

The blend delivers a mild and elegant Tuscan classic with notes of black cherry and blackberry, complemented by smooth tannins. The long, juicy finish echoes fruit, spice, and earth notes, making it equally enjoyable as a summer red when served fresh at around 60°F. Rated 91 points by James Suckling. Bottled with bio-safe materials and sealed with the Helix re-usable cork system.
