The GlenDronach 21 Year Old "Parliament" is a richly sherried Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Scotland, aged for a minimum of 21 years entirely in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled at 48% ABV without chill-filtration and without artificial coloring, it represents the pinnacle of GlenDronach's core range. The distillery name "Parliament" is a nod to the parliament of rooks—a colony of crows—that nests in the trees surrounding the historic distillery.

On the nose, the whisky reveals deep layers of dried figs, raisins, dark cherries, plum pudding, toffee, marzipan, warm baking spices, aged leather, and polished oak. The palate is full-bodied and luxuriously oily, delivering rich dark plum, bitter chocolate, espresso, cocoa powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon alongside dry oak and a whisper of menthol. The finish is exceptionally long and warming, with peppery oak spice, dark chocolate, cigar wrapper, liquorice, and enduring sherry-soaked fruit.

The Parliament has earned widespread critical acclaim, including Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Best Highland Single Malt at the World Whisky Awards 2020, Silver at the 2013 IWSC, and 94 points at the 2022 Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Early release batches may contain whiskies significantly older than 21 years, reflecting the distillery's closure period. Each bottle contains 700ML.
