It maintains the legendary base of slow-distilled botanicals and gunpowder tea that defines the original Gunpowder Gin, while introducing a lush Mediterranean twist.

The Viola figs, sourced from the "heel" of Italy, provide a rich, dark fruit character and a natural sweetness. Mediterranean Laurel — also known as Bay Laurel — adds a sophisticated, aromatic herbal note that grounds the brighter citrus elements. The result is a complex, aromatic gin with notes of sweet fig, herbal laurel, bright citrus, and warming spice. Bottled at 43% ABV, it is well-suited for elevated gin and tonics or creative cocktails.
