Shiner Dandelion Honey Kölsch is a limited-release craft beer brewed by Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Created in collaboration with award-winning country artist Ella Langley and inspired by her album Dandelion, this light, crisp Kölsch-style ale is brewed with dandelion honey and natural floral ingredients for a distinctive, easy-drinking character.
The beer pours a pale golden color with a refreshing light body. Delicate floral notes and a subtle touch of wildflower honey come together with a crisp, clean finish. Brewed with 2-Row and Munich Wheat malts, Nugget, Mittelfruh, and Hersbrucker hops, and Spoetzl's own lager yeast, this Kölsch delivers 4.5% ABV and 14 IBUs. It pairs well with grilled meats, jalapeño cornbread, and warm-weather gatherings.
