Chateau Los Boldos Campana Carmenere Rapel Valley Chile 750ML

Chateau Los Boldos Grande Réserve Carmenere is a dry red wine from the Cachapoal Andes of Chile's Rapel Valley, crafted from 100% Carmenere grapes grown in vineyards planted as early as 1948. Produced by Chateau Los Boldos — a winery established in 1991 to combine traditional French winemaking techniques with the exceptional terroir of the Cachapoal region — this wine is aged for eight months in French oak barrels before bottling.

The wine presents a deep burgundy color with bluish and crimson reflections. The aroma is dominated by notes of black fruits and berries with hints of spice and chocolate. On the palate it is juicy and fruity with soft, rounded tannins, flavors of blackberry, plum, and vanilla, and a long, silky finish. It is best served at 14–16°C and pairs well with oily fish, stews, curries, and Asian dishes. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
