Pursued by Bear Twin Bear Chardonnay is a Washington State white wine crafted under the direction of actor Kyle MacLachlan, a Yakima native who launched his Pursued by Bear label in 2005. The name is drawn from a stage direction in Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale: "Exit, pursued by a bear." MacLachlan collaborates with Abeja Winery in Walla Walla, sourcing fruit from Yakima Valley vineyards in Washington's acclaimed wine country.

The Twin Bear Chardonnay is a vibrant, medium-bodied white offering aromas of pear, apple, spearmint, and mango. On the palate it delivers bright acidity and a silky mouthfeel, with flavors of peach melba, pistachios, and a hint of grapefruit. The wine's name carries a nod to MacLachlan's iconic role as FBI Agent Dale Cooper in the TV series Twin Peaks, which was set in the Pacific Northwest. Pursued by Bear operates a tasting room in downtown Walla Walla, Washington, showcasing the full lineup of Bear-themed wines. Sold in a case of 12 x 750ml bottles.
