Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut is the House's iconic champagne, created in 1869. This prestigious non-vintage champagne embodies Moët & Chandon's signature style, distinguished by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate, and elegant maturity. The blend is crafted from over 100 different wines, including 20-30% reserve wines, combining 30-40% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier, and 20-30% Chardonnay grapes.

The champagne presents an elegant golden straw yellow color with green highlights and a vibrant stream of very fine persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers a sparkling bouquet with the vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit, the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers, and elegant blond notes of brioche, cereal, and fresh nuts. The palate is generous and tasty, with white fruit notes including pear, white peach, and apple unfolding alongside fine, light bubbles, followed by lingering citrus nuances.

This versatile champagne pairs excellently with oysters, sushi, seafood, white fish, poached or roasted white meat in light sauces, and soft cow's cheese. Ideal serving temperature is 8-10°C (46-50°F).
