Amendment XXI Red Blend California 750ml

Amendment XXI is a proprietary red blend from Beau Vigne, crafted in California and bottled at 14.5% ABV. The wine opens with aromas of tobacco and vanilla, leading into a bold, full-bodied palate of dark black fruits with hints of baking spices. The tannins are well-integrated and balanced, offering perceptible grip alongside a refreshing acidity and a long, smooth finish.

Decanter rated this wine 94 points, describing it as a well-structured, medium- to full-bodied wine with savoury aromatics of dark berry fruits, rich underbrush and earth, alongside nuances of dried tobacco, leather, and spiced oak. Chocolatey tannins lead to a long finish marked by saline-mineral tension.

This wine pairs well with hearty meat dishes, roasted meats, and hard cheeses, and is equally enjoyable on its own.
