Clos du Val Yettalil is a Bordeaux-style red blend from the renowned Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, California. Produced by Clos du Val, a historic estate winery founded in 1972 by Bernard Portet, the wine reflects the district's signature elegance and structure โ qualities that helped put California wine on the world map at the famous 1976 Paris Tasting.
The Yettalil is a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend incorporating traditional Bordeaux varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Stags Leap District terroir lends the wine firm yet refined tannins, deep red and dark fruit character, and a long, layered finish suited to cellaring or current enjoyment alongside rich meats and aged cheeses.
