Madre Mezcal Ensamble Oaxaca 700ML

Madre Mezcal Ensamble is a masterful blend of two distinct agave varieties — Espadin and Cuishe — crafted in the rural hills of Oaxaca, Mexico. Traditionally produced by Jose Garcia on his family's ranch, this mezcal reflects the rich heritage and diverse flavors of the Oaxacan region.

The agave is cooked in underground earthen pits, then crushed using a horse-drawn tahona stone mill, before being distilled in small copper stills. This traditional production process creates a mezcal that is approachable yet complex, with a strong backbone and well-balanced character. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

Madre Mezcal Ensamble pairs wonderfully with rich, savory dishes such as barbacoa, mole, and grilled meats. It can also be enjoyed neat or in mezcal cocktails to fully experience its unique and robust character. Sold in a case of 6 x 700ML bottles.
