Claude Manciat Bourgogne Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay from the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France, produced by the Manciat family whose winery dates back to the 1890s. The fruit is sourced primarily from vineyards around Charnay, just north of Pouilly and outside of Mâcon.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, expressive character. It offers high-toned aromatics of calcaire, apple, and pear skin, with flavors of dried pineapple and tart lemon. Bright natural acidity gives this Chardonnay excellent length and a clean, refreshing finish. Sold in 750ml bottles.
