Roederer Estate Brut is a celebrated California sparkling wine crafted in the méthode traditionnelle style from 100% estate-grown grapes in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County. This multi-vintage cuvée blends 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, enhanced with 10–15% oak-aged reserve wines from the estate's reserve cellars — a signature technique inspired by the winery's parent house, Louis Roederer of Champagne. The estate is among the very few California sparkling wine producers that farms all its own fruit and applies organic and biodynamic practices across its vineyards.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of sliced pear, wildflowers, citrus blossom, hazelnut, and subtle wet stones. The palate is elegantly structured with fresh acidity and notes of green apple, Meyer lemon, buttered toast, and spiced cinnamon, finishing long and vibrant with a fine mousse. Only the cuvée — the first pressing of 120 gallons per ton — is used, with no première or deuxième taille. Fermentation occurs in high-grade stainless steel tanks at 65°F with zero to minimal malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and aging potential. Dosage is 8 g/L, yielding a dry, balanced brut style at 12.5% alcohol.
