Juvé & Camps Cava Brut Rosé is a Spanish sparkling wine produced in the Penedès region of Catalonia using the traditional Cava method. Made from Pinot Noir grapes cultivated on the Espiells estate, this non-vintage rosé Cava displays a bright cherry-red to salmon-pink color with fine, persistent bubbles.

On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of fresh cherries, strawberry jam, and truffles, with a fresh and pungent palate that balances red fruit flavors with lively acidity. The wine is dry (Brut), full of personality, and drinks more like a red sparkling wine in character. It earned 91 Points from The Wine Advocate.

This Cava pairs well with charcuterie and cheese boards, shellfish such as clams, mussels, and shrimp, grilled fish, fresh fruit, and appetizers. Serve chilled. Each bottle is 750 mL.
