Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is a classic white wine from the Sancerre appellation in the Upper Loire Valley, France, produced by Maison Pascal Jolivet — a house founded in 1987 and recognized as one of the Loire's most respected négociants and estate producers.

This Sancerre Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from a blend of the estate's terroirs: approximately 50% limestone (silex), 30% limestone-clay, and 20% flint soils. The resulting wine expresses vibrant aromatics of white grapefruit, green apple, and fennel, with a fine lees texture and a potent stony, mineral character.
