Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is a classic white wine from the Sancerre appellation in the Upper Loire Valley, France, produced by Maison Pascal Jolivet — a house founded in 1987 and recognized as one of the Loire's most respected négociants and estate producers.
This Sancerre Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from a blend of the estate's terroirs: approximately 50% limestone (silex), 30% limestone-clay, and 20% flint soils. The resulting wine expresses vibrant aromatics of white grapefruit, green apple, and fennel, with a fine lees texture and a potent stony, mineral character. The finish is lengthy with a subtly flinty quality that is the hallmark of great Sancerre. Pascal Jolivet's winemaking philosophy prioritizes balance, freshness, and precision, allowing the Sauvignon Blanc grape and the unique terroirs of the Loire to speak for themselves with minimal intervention.
This bottling is sold in a standard 750 ML format and is imported to Costco as a case of 12. It pairs exceptionally well with seafood, goat cheese, grilled vegetables, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at 50–54°F.
