This Non-GMO product is grown in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley and freshly picked at peak ripeness. The vegetables are individually quick frozen to lock in flavor, color, and nutritional value, making them perfect for casseroles, stews, shepherd's pie, or as a simple side dish.

Each 5 lb bag contains approximately 50 servings and must be kept frozen for food safety and quality. The vegetables can be prepared in the microwave (10-16 ounces with 3 tablespoons water in a covered dish, cooking on high for 5 minutes then 3 additional minutes) or on the stovetop (bring 1/3 cup water to boil, add vegetables, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes).
