François Montand Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Non-Vintage French sparkling wine made in the Méthode Traditionnelle (Méthode Champenoise), the same labor-intensive process used in Champagne production. The wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle, spending at least nine months aging on the lees before disgorgement, resulting in exceptional richness and complexity at an accessible price point.

The wine is a blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards in the Jura region and Gascony in Southwest France. It pours pale gold with a hint of green and displays fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, jasmine, citrus blossom, and freshly baked bread, leading to a creamy, smooth palate with flavors of golden delicious apples, Meyer lemons, and lemon curd, finishing with elegant minerality and balanced acidity.

Winemaker François Montand hails from a Champagne family who relocated to the Jura region in the 1940s, where he became one of the pioneers of traditional-method sparkling wines in the area. The wine grows from limestone and clay soils and is harvested at optimal ripeness to balance sugar and acidity. It has earned scores of 90+ points from multiple publications.

An ideal aperitif, François Montand pairs beautifully with ceviche, salads, white fish in white sauce, seafood, brunch dishes, and light desserts. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
