D'Orazio Stuffed Shells are homemade-style pasta shells filled with a creamy ricotta cheese blend. Since 1953, the D'Orazio family recipe has been handed down through three generations to create fresh and immediately frozen products to serve your family and friends. Each 4-pound package contains approximately 8 servings of restaurant-quality stuffed shells.

The shells can be prepared in multiple ways. For oven cooking, cover the bottom of a favorite sauce pan, place frozen stuffed shells in a single layer with 1 inch of space between each shell, add sauce, and bake at 350°F until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. For microwave preparation, cover the bottom of a microwaveable container, add frozen stuffed shells in a single layer, cover with more sauce, cover dish with microwave safe lid or wrap, microwave on high for 7-8 minutes, then let stand for 2 minutes before serving. If thawed, reduce cooking times as needed. Do not refreeze after thawing or cooking.
