Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon red wine blended from vineyards across California's premier growing regions. The wine features aromas of raspberries, blackberries, plum, and mocha with notes of cinnamon and cedar. It opens with red fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of black pepper on the long, textured finish.

This California blend sources fruit from Napa Valley for complexity, Sonoma County for spice, Lake County for structured tannins and minerality, Mendocino for dark color and rich fruit flavors, Lodi for soft texture, and Central Coast for acidity. The grapes are sorted, destemmed, and fermented in individual lots before aging in 30% new American oak for 16 months. The lots are then blended together to balance the characteristics of each growing region, creating an elegant and well-balanced wine.
