The blend consists of approximately 51% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir, and 8% Pinot Meunier — a composition inspired by traditional Champagne. The wine opens with nuanced aromas of toasted almond, Braeburn apple, dried cranberry, and ginger snap. On the palate, expect flavors of lemon meringue, ripe pineapple, orange rind, and brioche with a creamy mousse and lively finish.
