Trimbach Reserve Pinot Gris is a sophisticated dry white wine from Alsace, France, crafted from 100% Pinot Gris grapes sourced from carefully selected older vineyards in Ribeauvillé and surrounding villages, including parcels from Grand Cru Kirchberg, Wiebaum, Haguenau, and Bergheim. This case contains 12 bottles of 750ml each.

The wine displays a very ripe and harmonious style, rich with yellow juicy peaches on the nose as well as ripe pears. The palate reveals ripe smoky tropical fruit alongside toasted brioche, brine, and dried flower petal notes, culminating in a long, slightly nutty finish. Maison Trimbach, a family-operated winery representing 12 generations since 1626, describes this Reserve as a Pinot Gris produced into a Riesling frame, emphasizing complexity and sophistication beyond typical expectations.

The wine is fermented to complete dryness in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats with no secondary malolactic fermentation to preserve natural acidity. Bottles rest in the cellar for a minimum of three years before release. At 14% ABV, this wine pairs beautifully with rich dishes and has excellent aging potential through 2028 and beyond.
