Krug Grand Cuvée is the flagship expression of Maison Krug and one of the most celebrated Champagnes in the world. Born from the dream of founder Joseph Krug to craft the very best champagne he could offer every year regardless of climate variations, each Édition is a multi-vintage blend of over 120 individual wines sourced from more than 10 different harvest years. Reserve wines from Krug's extensive library account for approximately 31% of the final blend, lending the roundness and breadth that defines the house style.

The current Édition is composed of 44% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay, and 22% Meunier, with the youngest wines drawn from the 2017 harvest and the oldest dating back to 2001. Over 20 years of careful craftsmanship are invested before each bottle reaches the table. This Brut Champagne receives a minimum of six years of bottle aging before release.

On the palate, Krug Grand Cuvée presents an intense yellow gold color with expressive, fragrant aromas of toast and brioche, stone fruit, verbena, vanilla pastry cream, and baba au rhum. The mouthfeel is unctuous, creamy, and full-bodied, with flavors of juicy fruits, peach in syrup, and ripe citrus that give way to toasted, mineral notes and a crisp, mouthwatering lemon finish.
