J. Lohr Fog's Reach Pinot Noir is a cool-climate red wine sourced from the Arroyo Seco appellation in Monterey County, California. The Arroyo Seco region benefits from coastal Pacific breezes that funnel through a mountain gorge into the Salinas Valley, producing wines with elegance, bright fruit, and well-defined structure.

This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of bing cherry, strawberry compote, and dried sage. On the palate, bright red cherry flavors are complemented by peppery spice, with a lingering finish. Critics have highlighted notes of wild strawberry, stony minerality, clove, and rose petal, along with hints of toasted oak and baking spice from 26% new French oak aging.
