Corralejo Reposado Tequila is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave tequila crafted at Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico. The agave piñas are slow-roasted in stone clay ovens for 36 hours, then rested for 12 hours before pressing. The juice is fermented using LCORRA1, a proprietary yeast strain cultivated from the estate's first agave press in partnership with the Universidad de Guanajuato.

This tequila is double distilled using the rare Charentais method, perfected over 400 years by French cognac producers. The first distillation occurs in a continuous column still, followed by a second distillation in an Alembic copper pot still. The spirit is then aged for 4 months in a combination of French, American, and Encino oak barrels.

The tequila displays a light straw color with golden highlights. On the nose, expect sweet vanilla, honey, spice, and hints of oak with refreshing grapefruit and lime citrus notes. The palate delivers lemon-lime, peppercorn, honey, oak, and agave flavors, finishing smooth, warm, and medium-bodied. This expression earned a Double Gold Medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 80 proof (40% ABV).
