This over-the-counter medication compares to Zyrtec-D and contains two active ingredients: cetirizine hydrochloride (5 mg) as an antihistamine to block histamine action, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (120 mg) as a nasal decongestant to narrow blood vessel passages and reduce swelling.

Each white, round, film-coated tablet (imprinted with L147) is formulated for extended release to provide 12-hour symptom relief. Adults and children 12 years and over should take 1 tablet every 12 hours, not exceeding 2 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be swallowed whole without breaking or chewing. Adults 65 and over or those with liver or kidney disease should consult a doctor before use.
