Crafted from pasteurized goat's milk enriched with pasteurized cow's cream, this nationally acclaimed artisan cheese is aged for 4 to 6 weeks in Nettle Meadow's subterranean cheese cave and best enjoyed within 12 weeks of production. Nettle Meadow Farm is operated by co-owners Sheila Flanagan and Lorraine Lambiase alongside an animal sanctuary, with milk sourced from the farm's own grass-fed herd.

Kunik features a fudgy, luxuriously rich texture beneath a characteristic bloomy white rind.
