Mollydooker Carnival of Love Shiraz is a bold, expressive red wine from the Gateway vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Produced by winemakers Sarah and Sparky Marquis, this wine is barrel fermented and matured in 100% new American oak, achieving an impressive 16.5% alcohol with just 0.5 g/L residual sugar.

The 2022 vintage opens with aromas of raspberry and cherry, accented by a touch of aniseed spice. On the palate, it delivers rich red fruit flavors with hints of coffee, coconut, and plum, while chocolate and spice add further complexity. The wine achieves the Marquis Fruit Weight standard of 85–95%, with the 2022 vintage registering 89%. Each 750ml bottle is sold as part of a six-bottle case.

Consistently awarded by top critics, the Carnival of Love has received Wine Spectator 93 points for both the 2021 and 2022 vintages, and Wine Advocate 94 points for the 2018 vintage. The 2014 vintage was ranked #30 in the World by Wine Spectator's Top 100, and the 2012 vintage earned the #2 spot globally.
