Château de Thauvenay Sancerre is a classic white wine from the renowned Sancerre appellation in the Upper Loire Valley, France. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine is produced at a historic estate originally rebuilt in 1800 along the Loire River. In 2016, the Bollinger Group acquired the estate and integrated its vineyards into their portfolio.

The wine pours a pale yellow with light golden reflections. On the nose, it offers flinty notes of citrus and white flowers forming a subtle, fresh bouquet. On the palate, it delivers an excellent balance between vivacity and roundness, crowned by a long, fresh finish. It carries 13% alcohol by volume and contains sulfites.

Pairs beautifully with shellfish, goat's milk cheese, pork, vegetarian dishes, and spicy food. Sold in a case of 12 bottles at 750ml each.
