Dom Pérignon Brut Rosé is an elegant pink champagne crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, produced by Moët & Chandon in the Champagne appellation of France. Named after the legendary 17th-century monk Dom Pérignon, this prestigious champagne is only produced in exceptional vintage years when the harvest meets the brand's exacting quality standards, making it a true vintage champagne that showcases the character of a single year's harvest.
The rosé is made using the assemblage method, where red wine is separately vinified and added to the sparkling wine before secondary fermentation, giving the champagne its beautiful pink hue. Each bottle ages for at least seven years before release, developing a complex and sophisticated profile. The champagne features a mesmerizing bouquet of dark spices, cocoa, roasted fig, apricot, and candied orange, with smoky accents throughout. On the palate, fruit reigns supreme with intense red berry flavors, crystallized honey, and a velvety structure with elegant effervescence.
Dom Pérignon Rosé has appeared in only 26 select vintages from 1959 to 2006, making it even more rare and exclusive than the regular Dom Pérignon bottlings. The champagne pairs exceptionally well with caviar, shellfish, mature cheese platters, or roasted meats. With proper storage, these bottles have aging potential of 30-40 years or more, developing deeper complexity over time. This package contains three 750ml bottles.
