Sartori Garlic & Herb BellaVitano® is an award-winning specialty cheese handcrafted by the Sartori Company in Plymouth, Wisconsin. This reserve cheese blends the spicy warmth of garlic, the brightness of lemon zest, and the earthy taste of parsley into a beautifully balanced Italian-inspired flavor. It is rubbed with extra virgin olive oil and a blend of Aleppo chili pepper, lavender, and sea salt, giving the rind a distinctive herb-crusted character. The rind is meant to be eaten and is part of the full tasting experience.
