Benton-Lane Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is an elegant Oregon red wine produced at the winery's 317-acre estate in the southern Willamette Valley. Founded in 1988 by Carol and Steve, Benton-Lane takes its name from the property straddling the border of Benton and Lane counties. The estate was originally an old sheep ranch with diverse soils of both sedimentary and volcanic origins, and the winery employs organic and biodynamic farming practices to express the site's unique terroir.
This Pinot Noir opens with inviting aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and forest floor, followed by a palate of bright red fruit, subtle spice, and earthy undertones. Delicate tannins and a silky texture lead to a long, graceful finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it strikes a refined balance of freshness and intensity that reflects the hallmark character of the Willamette Valley.
Pair with roasted poultry, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto for a complementary dining experience. Well-suited for both casual evenings and special occasions.
