Each sausage is packed in natural sheep casing, which provides a signature snappy crunch and juicy burst when bitten. The pork filling is tightly packed for a dense, satisfying bite. Made exclusively in Hawaii since 1949, Redondo's is the largest sausage producer in the state and maintains the same authentic formula developed by founder Frank Redondo.
