These are spiny lobsters (rock lobsters) sourced from the Caribbean and Central American regions, with most of their meat concentrated in the tail. Warm water lobsters grow faster than their cold water counterparts and offer a milder seafood flavor with a slightly softer texture compared to Maine lobster.

Each 5-pound box contains multiple lobster tails, typically averaging 4-5 ounces per tail. The tails are sold thawed from frozen state and ready to cook. Best prepared by grilling, broiling, or steaming for 8-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
