Templeton 4 Year Rye Whiskey is a straight rye whiskey crafted from a high-rye mash bill and aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels. Distilled at the Templeton Distillery in Templeton, Iowa, this whiskey carries a Prohibition-era heritage that dates back to when the small town's residents secretly produced what became known as "The Good Stuff," a spirit famously favored by Al Capone.

On the nose, Templeton Rye offers sweet and spicy aromas of caramelized banana, vanilla, cinnamon, and wintergreen. The palate opens with a honey-sweet entry that transitions quickly into dry rye grain, chili flake, and black pepper, with subtle oak influence throughout. The finish is warm and lingering, making it well-suited for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic rye cocktails like a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
