Baron de Ladoucette Comte Lafond Sancerre is a prestigious Sauvignon Blanc wine from the Loire Valley's renowned Sancerre appellation in France. Produced by the historic Ladoucette estate, which traces its roots back to 1787, this wine is one of the most respected expressions of Sancerre available.

The wine displays a pale gold, crystalline appearance. On the nose it opens with citrus notes of orange peel and lemon, followed by summer fruits such as white peach and pear, finishing with honey and subtle peppermint. The palate is lively with a frank attack, revealing acidulous roundness of summer fruits mingled with exotic fruit flavors of lychee and mango, complemented by fresh almond and pear. The finish carries stony minerality prolonged by notes of very ripe lemon.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are whole-cluster pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks for six to eight weeks, with additional time on the lees. ABV is 13%. Sold in a 750ML bottle.
