Redbreast 12 Year Old is an iconic single pot still Irish whiskey, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and richly complex flavor profile. Crafted from a mix of malted and unmalted barley sourced from farms in the Munster region of Ireland, this whiskey undergoes triple distillation in copper pot stills at Midleton Distillery, resulting in a full-bodied, deep spirit that distinguishes it among Irish whiskeys.

Matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks, Redbreast 12 achieves a perfectly balanced profile. The nose presents complex spicy and fruity aromas with toasted wood notes. On the palate, it is full-flavored and silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry, and toasted notes. The finish is satisfyingly long, with complex flavors that linger on the palate.

This whiskey is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) and has received numerous accolades, including Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Gold at the International Wine & Spirit Competition, and Best Irish Whiskey at the 2019 International Whiskey Competition.
