Crafted from a mix of malted and unmalted barley sourced from farms in the Munster region of Ireland, this whiskey undergoes triple distillation in copper pot stills at Midleton Distillery, resulting in a full-bodied, deep spirit that distinguishes it among Irish whiskeys.

Matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks, Redbreast 12 achieves a perfectly balanced profile. The nose presents complex spicy and fruity aromas with toasted wood notes. On the palate, it is full-flavored and silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry, and toasted notes.
