Named after the historic Bayley Hazen Military Road commissioned by George Washington during the Revolutionary War, this natural rind blue cheese is aged 3-4 months in Jasper Hill's underground cellars. The cheese features a dense, creamy paste with well-distributed blue veins and a fudge-like texture. It delivers complex flavors of toasted hazelnuts, cocoa, and anise with grassy, nutty undertones and subtle peppery notes.
