Costco's Service Deli pork tenderloin comes pre-seasoned with a Tuscan-style herb and spice blend, ready to cook straight from the package. The Tuscan seasoning features classic Italian aromatics including garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, and fennel, delivering a robust, savory flavor profile. This is a whole pork tenderloin — one of the leanest cuts of pork — priced per pound, with packages typically ranging from 2 to 3 pounds.
The tenderloin can be grilled, roasted in the oven, or pan-seared. For grilling, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) as recommended by the USDA. Allow the meat to rest for at least 3 minutes before slicing. The lean nature of the cut makes it important not to overcook, as it can dry out quickly.
