Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, elegant white wine from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, crafted by a family winery that has been planting vines along the Wairau River since 1978. The grapes are sourced from family vineyards across Marlborough and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the wine's fresh, vibrant character, with 3.1 g/L of residual sugar and 13% ABV.

The wine opens with intense lifted aromas of ripe tropical fruits and citrus, with a subtle grassy note characteristic of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate it is fresh, crisp, and refined, delivering flavors of guava, pineapple, green apple, peach, and stone fruit with good acidity and a pleasing mouthfeel. It finishes dry with lingering juicy fruit and a lip-smacking quality that makes it especially enjoyable well-chilled.
