Kirkland Signature Wild U-15 Grade A Scallops are premium, wild-caught sea scallops certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDC) as Grade A — the highest quality standard awarded for excellent appearance, color, and odor with no visible blemishes or defects. The "U-15" designation means fewer than 15 scallops per pound, indicating exceptionally large, restaurant-quality portions.

These are dry scallops, meaning they are not treated with sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) or any chemical preservatives, resulting in a purer, sweeter flavor and a superior golden sear when cooked in a hot pan. Each scallop is hand-shucked immediately after harvest and individually quick-frozen to lock in peak freshness. The 2 lb bag yields approximately 26–30 scallops total.
