Wild-caught King Salmon fillet, also known as Chinook salmon, is prized as the most flavorful and sought-after salmon species. This premium fillet features rich, buttery flavor, a deep red-orange color, and tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture due to its higher natural fat content. Harvested from the pristine cold waters of the Pacific Ocean, the salmon is flash-frozen at the source to preserve peak freshness, lock in nutrients, and eliminate parasites.
King salmon stands out for its exceptionally high omega-3 fatty acid content, providing approximately 1.5 to 2.0 grams per 3.5-ounce serving, making it one of the richest sources among all Pacific salmon species. The fillet is sold skin-on with pin bones removed, ready for grilling, baking, broiling, pan-searing, or even sushi preparation. This wild-caught salmon is MSC certified, sustainably sourced, and contains no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
Nutrition per 100g serving: 180 calories, 22g protein, 10g total fat, 1.5-2.0g omega-3 fatty acids. The high omega-3 content supports heart health, brain function, reduces inflammation, and promotes overall wellness.
