Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling is a 100% single-varietal Riesling from Washington State's Columbia Valley AVA, produced by Banfi Vintners. The Columbia Valley, situated east of the Cascade Mountains, benefits from long daylight hours, consistent summer temperatures, and cool nights that allow grapes to ripen fully while retaining their natural acidity — ideal conditions for world-class Riesling.

The wine opens with wonderfully aromatic notes of honey, pear, orange blossom, jasmine, and ripe stone fruit. On the palate it is refreshingly sweet with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of pineapple, white peach, mango, and lemon zest, with a lingering finish of Mandarin orange and tangy lime. The wine clocks in at approximately 8–8.5% alcohol and is fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, vivid fruit character. Fermentation is halted at around 7% residual sugar, resulting in a wine that is pleasingly sweet without tipping into cloying territory. Rated 89 points by Wine Enthusiast.

Serve well-chilled at 43–45°F (6–8°C) in a standard white wine glass. Pacific Rim pairs exceptionally well with spicy cuisines including Thai, Szechuan, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean dishes, as well as grilled salmon, fried chicken, and sweet desserts such as carrot cake or citrus tarts. The high residual sugar also gives this Riesling notable aging potential of a decade or more.
