This complex and refined sparkling wine opens with a creamy mousse and bright aromas of raspberry, pineapple chutney, and almond paste. The lively, nuanced palate features rich notes of baked pie crust, brioche toast, and a hint of sea spray, finishing crisp and clean with suggestions of lemon marmalade and grapefruit. Produced using méthode traditionnelle with ultra-gentle French Coquard pressing and extended aging on the lees.
