Costco's Pork Sirloin Tip Roast Case Sale offers a full case of Kirkland Signature boneless pork sirloin tip roasts at a bulk per-pound price, making it an excellent value for families, meal preppers, and foodservice buyers. Each individual roast weighs approximately 2 pounds, and the case typically contains four roasts for a total weight of around 8–9 pounds. The roasts are pre-brined with a pork broth solution that enhances moisture retention and flavor throughout the cooking process.
The sirloin tip is a lean, versatile cut from the rear portion of the loin. It performs exceptionally well when roasted in the oven, slow-cooked, smoked, or braised. For smoking, a low-and-slow approach at 250°F using apple or cherry wood, taken to an internal temperature of 195°F, produces a tender, pull-apart result ideal for sandwiches or plate entrées. For a traditional roast, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F followed by a 3-minute rest. The pre-brined character of Costco's cut means minimal preparation is needed beyond a seasoning rub before cooking.
