This is a full case of bone-in pork loin rack, also known as center rib roast, sold by the pound. The rack of pork features the pork loin with ribs attached, offering both tender meat and flavorful bone-in cuts. This wholesale full case format is ideal for large gatherings, meal prep, or commercial use.
Bone-in pork loin is minimally processed with no artificial ingredients and is excellent for roasting. The bone-in preparation helps retain moisture and adds flavor during cooking. A typical rack weighs approximately 6 pounds on average and serves 6-8 people when planning about 1 pound per person including bone weight.
This cut is an excellent source of high-quality protein with approximately 21-23 grams of protein per 4-ounce serving. Pork loin is particularly rich in B vitamins, including thiamin (providing 82% daily value), niacin (42% DV), vitamin B6 (22% DV), and vitamin B12 (27% DV). It also provides important minerals including phosphorus (12% DV), selenium, zinc, and potassium. The lean meat contains approximately 160-170 calories per 3-ounce cooked serving with 9 grams of fat and zero carbohydrates.
For best results, roast at 350°F for approximately 18 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
