The palate offers round tannins with abundant flavors of plum jam, cola, coffee nip, and a hint of leather, finishing long and decadent.

The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and cold soaked for three days before fermentation. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel and completes a total of 18 months of barrel aging, allowing for a perfect balance of fruit, tannin, and oak.
