This hard, crumbly cheese is aged no less than nine months to develop its signature pungent, aromatic, and sharp flavor characteristic of traditional Romano cheese. The cheese creates a piquant taste that makes it one of the most well-known Italian cheeses, perfect for pasta, soups, salads, and as a table cheese.

The 2-pound (32 oz) package comes in a resealable saddle bag for freshness. The cheese is naturally gluten-free and provides an excellent source of calcium and protein.
