Fresh wild-caught ahi tuna (yellowfin tuna) sold by the pound at Costco's meat and seafood department. This Kirkland Signature product is wild caught in the Philippines and processed in the United States. Each package typically contains approximately 2 pounds of fresh tuna steaks.

For best results, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F. The sell-by date is approximately 3 days after the pack date. Since the tuna is sold fresh and has not been previously frozen, it can be frozen at home for longer storage.
